Shipping Options

  • Carrier: UPS
  • Method: Ground (Standard)
  • Cost: Free for all domestic orders within the United States
  • Expedited or overnight shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • UPS Ground delivery generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Area

  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
  • You can track your shipment directly through UPS.com.

Lost or Missing Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, contact us immediately at info@healthisfreedom.com.
  • We will work with UPS to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • We will assist you in filing a claim and arrange for a replacement if necessary.
